§ 1 General information
We only process your personal details (e.g. title, name, address, email address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) in accordance with the regulations of the German Data Protection Act. The following regulations provide you with information about the kind, extent and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal details. This privacy policy applies to our web sites only. § 2 Automatic data collection
For technical reasons the following data, which your Internet browser transmits to us amongst others, are collected:
Browser type and version, operating system used, web site, from which you visit us (referrer URL), web site, which you visit, date and time of your access, your Internet protocol (IP) address.
This anonymous data is stored separately from any possibly entered personal details and thus do not allow for deductions to any specific person. The data is analysed for statistical purposes in order to optimise our Internet presence and our offers. After the analysis the data is deleted.
§ 3 Inventory data
(1) As far as required for the reasoning, content-related structuring or change of the contractual relationship your personal details (inventory data) will only be used to process the agreement. Thus in order to deliver the goods, for example, your name and address must be handed over to the supplier of goods. Without your express consent or without a statutory basis your personal details will not be handed over to third parties outside the processing of the contract.
(2) Upon request of the relevant authorities we may provide details about inventory data in individual cases, as far as this is required for criminal prosecution purposes, for the police authorities of the countries to avert dangers, for fulfilling legal tasks of the Federal and State constitution protection authorities, the Federal intelligence service or the military counter-intelligence service or to assert intellectual property rights.
§ 4 Information about cookies
(1) For the recognition of multiple use of an offer by the same user the so-called cookies are used. Cookies are little text files, which your Internet browser files and stores on your computer. If you call up our site again these cookies provide information in order to recognise you automatically. This recognition is based on the IP address stored in the cookies. The information gained as such helps optimising our offers and allows your faster access to our site.
