§ 1 General Information

We only process your personal details (e.g. title, name, address, email address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) in accordance with the regulations of the German Data Protection Act. The following regulations provide you with information about the kind, extent and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal details. This privacy policy applies to our web sites only. If via links on our sites you are transferred to other sites, please, inform yourself about the respective handling of your data there.

§2 Customer Data

As far as required for the reasoning, content-related structuring or change of the contractual relationship your personal details (inventory data) will only be used to process the agreement. Thus in order to deliver the goods, for example, your name and address must be handed over to the supplier of goods. Without your express consent or without a statutory basis your personal details will not be handed over to third parties outside the processing of the contract.
Once the contract has been completed in its entirety, your data will be blocked for further use. According to tax and commercial provisions, this data will be deleted to the extent that you have not given permission for its continued use.

§ 3 Usage Profiles

For purposes of advertising, market research or user-oriented design of our services, we create pseudonymised usage profiles by means of usage data. Such data includes in particular details on start and end of usage in each case as well as the extent of usage of our pages and offers by the purchaser. You are entitled to object to this type of usage of your usage data. The usage profiles are not associated with your personal data.

§ 4 Information about Cookies

(1) For optimisation of our internet presence, we use cookies. These are small information files that are stored in your computer’s hard drive. These cookies are deleted again after you close your browser. Other cookies remain on your computer (long-term cookies) and recognise it the next time you visit our website. This enables us to provide you with better access to our pages.

(2) You may block the saving of cookies on your hard drive by selecting the option “block cookies” in your browser settings. This may, however, lead to the limitation of functionalities of our offers.

§ 7 Use of Facebook Social Plugins
